RETURN POLICY - UNITED STATES

Radio Flyer Return Policy for Finished Goods (excludes Build-A, Replacement Parts, and Tesla Model S for Kids)

Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging and unassembled. Purchases must be returned within 45 days of delivery.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable. Please also note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, you may receive a credit to Radioflyer.com in place of a refund.

All returns require pre-approval by contacting Radio Flyer Customer Service. To initiate a return, login to your account here.

Please be sure to use a secure shipping method to send the item, so that it may be tracked. Radio Flyer will not be responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Any large package surcharge charged at checkout is non-refundable.

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Model #952 Riptide: Red 12V Ride-On Kids Car and Model #952P Oasis: Pink 2-Seater 12V Ride-On Car.

Radio Flyer Return Policy for Build-A-Wagon, Build-A-Trike, and Build-A-Scooter

Wagons and scooters with personalized names may not be returned or exchanged except when due to a product defect. This does not include misspellings or typing errors that occurred during the order process. Personalized nameplates are final sale. Accessories purchased as part of your customized order (such as canopies, storage and seat pads) in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of delivery. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns cannot be refunded. Purchases made on or after October 16th, 2023 may be returned by January 31st, 2024.

Any replacement parts ordered online or over the phone with a representative are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on replacement parts.

Radio Flyer Return Policy for Flyer™ S533 eScooter

Flyer™ e-Scooters can be returned for free within thirty (30) days of delivery.  To return a product that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must: 

  • be in the original packaging and condition that you receive it in; and
  • must include all items that were inside the box, including but not limited to all of the packaging, the charger, hardware, instruction manual, etc.

Customer Service must authorize the return and provide an RMA number for your return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns for scooters purchased after thirty (30) days of delivery will not be accepted. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. To begin a return, email customerservice@radioflyer.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Refunds will not include the cost of any initial shipping costs or any large package surcharges.

All Tesla sales to Canada are final. The customer is responsible for all fees and shipping charges.  Refusal of delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

 

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY (FOR PURCHASE OUTSIDE U.S.)

Radio Flyer accepts returns, subject to the following exceptions, terms and conditions:

  • The following are NOT returnable:
  • products that have been used, altered or damaged by customers (other than a defective product that is returnable pursuant to the applicable Radio Flyer warranty).
  • personalized accessories, such as license plates and parking signs.
  • replacement parts.
  • Returns must be made and received within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • Returned products must be in new (unused) condition with their original packaging.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) which number must be obtained by contacting Radio Flyer Customer Service at +32 50 89 23 04. Please add the RMA number to the outside of the box you are returning. Failure to provide a RMA number may result in denial of a return request.
  • For returns accepted by Radio Flyer, the customer will be refunded the full purchase price actually paid – except in the case of Tesla Model S for Kids, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price refund. Shipping charges, customs duties, and applicable taxes are NOT refundable.
  • If a returned item is a gift, a refund will be issued to the purchaser of the gift, unless the gift purchaser requests that a credit for use toward future purchase on Radioflyer.com be issued to the gift recipient in lieu of a refund to the gift purchaser.
  • Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Radio Flyer does NOT reimburse for return shipping charges.

Refusal of Delivery:

If you refuse delivery of a product you have ordered, you will be refunded the full purchase price actually paid – except in the case of Tesla Model S for Kids, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price refund. Shipping charges, personalized accessories, customs duties, and applicable taxes are NOT refundable.

Defective/Damaged Product:

We want you to be pleased with your Radio Flyer purchase. If you receive a product that is not functioning properly or that is damaged during shipping, please contact Radio Flyer Customer Service at +32 50 89 23 04.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT

You have the legal right to cancel your Contract with Radio Flyer for the purchase of the Radio Flyer product without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the product. That means that if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product within 14 days after receiving the product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.

To exercise your right to cancel the Contract, you must inform Radio Flyer of your decision to cancel before the cancellation period has expired, by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email), for example by one of the following methods:

  1. completing and submitting the form found at www.radioflyer.com/cancel. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay;
  2. sending an email to customerservice@radioflyer.com, a letter to us via facsimile to +32 50 89 23 04 or via post to: Radio Flyer Inc., Attn. Customer Service, 6515 W. Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL 60707 United States. The email or letter should include the following information:
    • the current date
    • your name
    • address
    • email address (if available)
    • a statement that you are giving notice that you withdraw from the contract for the sale of the Radio Flyer [insert the specific product]
    • the date you received the product

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you exercise your right to cancel, you will receive full refund of the price you paid for the product, less any portion of the product that was specifically personalized for you. We will also reimburse you the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible upon return of the products, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this Contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Returned products must be in new (unused) condition and packaged properly so that they do not get damaged. If you return products that have been used, altered or damaged, you will be liable for the diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

You shall send back the products, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the cancellation of this Contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

YOU WILL HAVE TO BEAR THE DIRECT COSTS OF RETURNING THE PRODUCTS. THE APPROXIMATE COST IS ESTIMATED BASED ON THE PAYMENT COLLECTED TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.
