v2.1.0: Added the possibility of immediately teleporting to a miniboss' location after resurrecting it, or if it was already resurrected previously.

This optional file must be installed after the main v2.1.1 one, replacing the existing one ("event/common.emevd.dcx").
It makes it so that after teleporting to a resurrected miniboss, if you die you will respawn there instead of at the last communed idol.
