We were honored to support our tenant, Child Rescue Coalition, Inc. on behalf of CP Group during our annual company retreat!

In honor of the City of Boca Raton's Centennial, the city is inviting residents to celebrate with poetry! 💯🥳 O, Miami is partnering with Boca for a special year-long campaign to capture residents’ love for their neighborhoods through an Ode to Boca, or a short poem based on their zip code. These poems also known as Zip Odes contain a number of words corresponding to a zip code and are an O, Miami invention in partnership with WLRN Public Media. Zip Odes are a part of our Civic Publishing efforts, where residents shape the narratives of their own city. Lasting throughout the year, O, Miami and the City of Boca Raton will collect these Odes to Boca at events, school workshops, and community gatherings. Next year, the city will showcase 100 selected poems in unexpected places throughout the city as public art. "The Boca Raton Innovation Campus, or “BRiC,” has transformed the former headquarters and birthplace of the IBM personal computer. The property’s redevelopment, being led by long-time developer CP Group, recently received city approval to add more than 1,200 residences, a hotel and a 5,000-seat entertainment venue."

In the quest to lure employees back to the desks they abandoned during Covid, office building owners and employers have tried everything from ping pong and billiard tables to comped lunches and free beer. One of the prime examples of the trend is the 1.7-million-square-foot BRiC (Boca Raton Innovation Campus) in Boca Raton, Fla., where the coming together of art and technology is intended to spur creativity. I know these are supposed to be short but there is just too much good news to share about DRA Advisors and founder, CEO and MHBS Real Estate Advisory Board member David Luski and CIO Matt Shore. Matt was kind enough to give select members of our Real Estate Finance Association a tour of their iconic property The Miami Tower last week. The Tower is being renovated in partnership with CP Group and CEO Angelo Bianco and has more than 50K s.f. of new leases in the last month. And this is BEFORE the planned renovation! And the firms received zoning approval for their Boca Raton Innovation Campus project, huge acreage that was the IBM Innovation campus in a former life.
