Redfearn Capital is pleased to announce the closing of two more industrial assets in Palm Beach County and Jacksonville, FL. The first being a small bay industrial property in Lake Worth, FL. Redfearn Capital repositioned the asset shortly after closing by updating the painting, landscaping and property signage. The second asset acquired is 183,000 sq ft in Jacksonville, FL. The acquisition team had been tracking this deal for several years. The timing was right for both the Buyer/Seller and we were able to close out our 2nd fund with TPG Angelo Gordon with this closing.
