Now out in Summer ’24 orgs, you will see a new warning when your Screen Flows, Autolaunched flows, and Screen Actions are set to System Context - Without sharing. With the advent of screen flow reactivity getting even more powerful, and screen flows being adopted in more places, it is important to understand the risks of enabling system context, especially in Experience Sites. We’ve added warnings, created a blog post on architect.salesforce.com, and created a new Help article as part of this effort: 👉 A new blog post on architect.salesforce.com that talks more about the risks of screen flows in system context for external users and some more best practices (with screenshots) that you can follow: https://lnkd.in/dfQZzHUj 👉 We recently created a new Help document that outlines best practices you should be following when enabling system context in Screen/Autolaunched Flows: https://lnkd.in/ejUVAdub Note that this mostly impacts autolaunched flows triggered by a Screen Flow. 👉 We added several warnings to Flow Builder and link to Salesforce Help when we detect you have overridden a Flow to run in System Context - Without Sharing: 1. When you override an Autolaunched Flow or Screen Flow. 2. When you add an Action Button to your screen that uses a system-context - without sharing enabled Autolaunched flow Note: You should also get these warnings when deploying via SFXD/CLI. I hope this helps you all create safer, more secure screen flows!
