Our UX Designer, Martyna Miłosz, recently led product discovery for a long-term client aiming to address user issues with competitors and create a new product. How did it go? 🔍 Week 1: User research With AI automation tools, we analyzed app opinions, forums, and reviews. Alongside competitors and market research, we gained insight into what would appeal to annoyed B2C customers of competitors. 🎯 Week 2: Strategic workshops Martyna led the charge in prioritizing features after discussing the business model and the target audience.
