We observed: ❗ API error rates spiking by 600%, preventing consumers from making purchases, booking flights, and checking bills. 📉 Conversion drops of up to 40% in travel and retail due to limited traffic and payment issues. 😡 Increases in long-running spinners, customer frustration, and rage clicks.
