Class of 2022… Dream Justice Cohort is one of the nation's leading advocacy cohorts, investing in the leadership of directly impacted leaders who want to grow in their advocacy and effect systemic change in their communities. This cohort is led by Dream.Org's Justice team, the majority of whom have been affected by the justice system, and previous cohort alums. Leaders can expect to be mentored by some of the most dedicated and passionate advocates with years of experience at the local and national levels. Leaders will be able to hone their skills in organizing, campaign development, public speaking, and legislative advocacy, to name a few. Honolulu- we're ONE MONTH away for AccesSurf's annual Sunset at Sunhala. Proceeds raised will go to support our mission of building an inclusive community that empowers people with disabilities through accessible beach and water programs. Today, AccesSurf hosts more than 40 events each year, facilitating well over 2,500 participant life-changing ocean experiences annually. These solutions will help decarbonize our economy and create a localized impact for communities that have been historically excluded from the clean energy transition in the US. The two cornerstones of our theory of change are that we must invest in directly impacted leaders, and we must work on common ground solutions. And this year, we're getting results. So far in 2023 we've won criminal justice campaigns in Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Washington. And it's only May, which means more good news is on the way!
