Business Development Specialist

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Business Development Associate to support business growth initiatives. This individual will report directly into the business development director and will play a pivotal role in building out this division. Main responsibilities include:

* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

* Lead Generation: Help generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.

* Prospecting: Qualify leads and prospects based on predefined criteria to determine their fit with the company's products or services.

* Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate and timely information related to leads,

opportunities, and client interactions.

* Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional networks and promote the company's brand.

Desired Skills:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

-3+ years of previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the federal government is required.

-Experience in Proposal Management

-Open to light travel (5-10% locally and out of state)

-Enthusiastic, proactive, and dynamic

-Ability to handle multi-faceted role in building client relationships, networking, and contributing to overall company growth
