What are the most important CRM analytics and reporting tools for your practice?
CRM analytics should be customer centric and provide visibility into the health of the customer file. This needs to be the foundation to better identify the impact of channels, promotions, messaging that leads to a stronger strategic approach.

How can you predict demand for a new product in E-Commerce during the holiday season?
Use prior year and the months leading up to holiday to monitor, track, and build a strategy around your customer behavior: purchase intent, search queries, time spent, channel purchased, return rates. Then couple the customer behaviors with the behaviors of the product itself; which category, skus, collections drove high conversion, which of those were based on marketing, and which were driven by discovery, "hidden gem". This insight can help your ecomm, merch, and planning teams to determine how best to invest for the holiday season and which products to feature in campaigns.
