Meet our hero, Brittany Wiley, our Regional Sampling Manager at TEAM and foster mom. Brittany's journey as a foster parent began just a year ago. With her husband by her side, they've opened their hearts and home to six foster children, providing them love, stability, and support. Brittany is an advocate for child welfare, actively engaging in ways to improve the foster care system and promote the well-being of all children. From volunteering with foster care organizations to educating her community about the realities of foster care, she provides a safe haven for vulnerable children. 🌈 Her ultimate goal is simple: Help as many kids as possible. Even when the journey is filled with emotional highs and lows, for Brittany, reunification is always the aim. Even after the kids leave home, she continues to support them to make sure they feel loved and supported every step of the way. This translates into her role at TEAM, as she exemplifies leadership, dedication, and care. As Regional Sampling Manager, she oversees a team of promotional specialists and maintains strong relationships with partners and clients which led her to her recent promotion to Program Manager for the D’usse Retail Specialist Program! 👏 Brittany Wiley's story is so inspiring to us!
