As someone who is by nature a perfectionist this is one of the most valuable things I've learnt over the years. I used to spend hours and hours of what should have been my down time, proofing, checking, reviewing and tweaking. There is nothing wrong with having the highest standards but deciding when a pitch or a piece of work is "good enough" and therefore "done" has been key to me being more effective.
