All orders submitted online through the IEEE Shop can be paid for with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club.

Alternate Payment Methods: Paypal, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Challan, Unified Payments Interface, Group Payments, Alipay and WeChatPay.

Order by Phone

To order by phone, contact us. For expedited service, please have the IEEE product number, ISBN or the title of products available.

Print and Mail or Fax an Order

There is an option in the IEEE Shop, once items are placed in the Shopping Cart, to print and mail or fax your order to IEEE. This option is intended for users who prefer not to complete the transaction online, or those who prefer to use an alternate method of payment, such as check. IEEE also accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club for these orders.

Invoiced Orders

Orders may be invoiced for IEEE members in good standing and for established institutional customers. Minimum billing for all customers is US$25, based on product charge only. Orders over US$250 are subject to credit approval. All other customers will be invoiced for orders accompanied by a purchase order.
