I was told that the cut off point for…

I was told that the cut off point for next day delivery was at 3pm. my order was made at 2:54and by 2:57 the order was despatched. very impressed. the order arrived the following morning.

Super quick transaction

Super quick transaction, code was available super quick too which pleased my son, he then pleasantly purchased what he was so desperate for and continued on his merry way gaming......Great service, thumbs up....

Good source of discounted PlayStation Store Gift Cards (for PSN)

I first encountered Shopto years ago, and I was suspicious of the entire market of buying digital keys for gaming via third parties. I have used Shopto periodically for PlayStation Store Gift Cards (for myself, for spending on PSN, as the gift card is cheaper than the card's cash value) and the transactions complete without a hitch. So, from my perspective, Shopto is trustworthy.

Trusted site, great for pre-orders

I use ShopTo several times a year to buy games. Generally they are very competitively priced and I like that you can request them to only charge your card when the order is being fulfilled. This allows me to pre-order several games at once just to "lock-in" but not commit to paying out several hundred pound in one go. I can then cancel several months later if I find a better deal elsewhere.

Never had any problems with orders being delivered on time or the quality of the packaging. The only reason I don't purchase more often is Currys undercut ShopTo prices quite regularly.

Always a reliable and quick service.

The most reliable site I’ve used for game codes and top ups for PSN/Microsoft Store. I’ve spent quite a lot with them and never had a single problem. Plus the prices are good if not the best at times compared to others.

Easy PSN wallet top ups.

I only buy PSN wallet top ups but every time it's cheaper than stores and other online outlets.
But more to the point they get there keys from cdkeys.com and they do it instantly and without hassle unlike cdkeys which is a shame and very odd.

No customer support anymore

Have had numerous issues with the site. Cannot purchase anything. The support options all missing. Ended up having to phone and got given a secret contact email and was asked for screenshots and videos etc. never had any follow up. Missed the last ps store sales period waiting. Had to get someone else to buy me a gift card to renew my ps plus but they only had silver so cost more. Apart from phoning again still mo way to contact anyone as email address is now dead that i was given. Been a loyal regular customer for many years. Turns out it means very little.

The best page to buy gift cards for…

The best page to buy gift cards for ps5, always has amazing deals on other games. Fast info about the product, easy to redeem any woucher too. Really recommend this page, never had bad experience.

There’s always a first time

I use this company to buy my games almost constantly as the prices are great and the service spot on. This last time, I preordered Luigi’s Mansion 2 like 3 months ago because it always gets in my letterbox on release day but this time had to be different and Royal Mail decided to deliver my parcel to someone else’s house who not only accepted my parcel but opened it and unwrapped it… I know it’s not Shopto’s fault but maybe they should enquire Royal Mail for silly mistakes that will affect mostly Shopto’s reputation.
I won’t stop buying through them but I’ll be more aware when it comes to prereleases
I still recommend shopto to everyone

We are sorry to hear that the delivery carrier/method you selected, for your preorder, delivered the item to an incorrect address

Obviously the person to whom the item was delivered, should not have opened the item, as it was not addressed to that person ie in name nor to the address to which it appears to have been delivered to

Please be aware, should the service received by one delivery carrier/method, not be to your satisfaction, we do offer other carriers/options that can be selected, in the basket, when placing a preorder or an order for an already released/in stock item
