I have been using The Game Collection for about one year now, I'm not a big gamer per say but I have found them to have the best prices(cex & game overpriced) and selection for my ps4 needs. The service and delivery have always been outstanding and can't really find a reason to fault them.

I ordered MGS collection and a new Xbox controller. As TGC were having issues within their new system i emailed them on the 5th, spoke to a nice lady and ago emailed on the 23rd as I had not received an update. Cameron was a great help on tho day as he assured me my order would be processed urgently and due to technical faults within the system it may have been lost within the IT system due to updates and what not. Easily done (I work within online systems so can easily understand this.)
Well… within a couple of hours I received the email to advice it was posted.
Top class service and once again TGC show why they are the best customer focused game retailer on the market.
10/10 for all of you folks.

Eventhough the company is having a problem with their systems failing on them, they are still really fast at responding and resolving the problem. Genuinely great company, will continue to use them regardless of the delay in shipping orders.

Have been using the game collection for years now and in my latest I eventually gave in and after 7 years decided to get a switch. I picked one up with 3 games and an SD card for less than what Nintendo wanted just for 2 games direct from Nintendo. Everything came together within the time frame stated and well packaged. I have no problems recommending them to other and their prices are quite decent too.

There was a problem processing my last order due to internal system issues.
But I was quickly notified and even given credit to use against a future purchase for the inconvenience.

The GameCollection used to be great but I have now had my last 3 orders cancelled and when asking them why they have not answered.Twice on EBay and once from the website in the past I have had other items cancelled and also Skull & Bones Premium edition arrived late.

Great deal on my product. Due to a system change, there were some delays on the shipping so took a little longer than expected.
Contacted TGC to query the dispatch time. They kept me fully up to date and even credited my account with points as an apology for the delay. Item arrived after a week and was packaged safely. Very happy with the service I received.
