🏳🌈 Pride at IPG Mediabrands Pride at Mediabrands is halfway done! Last week we celebrated Pride in London by asking our people to showcase the talents they’re proud of in our Open Pride Network Variety Show hosted by our resident queen, Thea Statique. We had some hilarious stand-up, excellent vocals, and a show stopping Lion King performance from Trevor Miranda, Kamilla King, Kunal Patel and Jack Brown, followed by some outstanding karaoke. ❤ Celebrating our diverse IPG Mediabrands community Last week we celebrated our annual Diversity Day, an EMEA-wide event that gave us all the opportunity to listen, learn and continue to co-create a culture where we're connected to our global community and valued for who we are. Over the week we: - Heard from our leadership team in a Voices From The Top panel. Thank you to Michael Albert Brown from UM London, Sharon Dhillon from Initiative UK and Diana Erskine from KINESSO UK&I for opening up so honestly and emotively on topics covering fertility, parental leave and depression. - Enjoyed a cultural quiz that tested our knowledge on geography, pop culture and food. - Welcomed TikTok for Business to discuss the intersectionality of content creation as a way to diversify the media landscape. Each panelist spoke about showing up as you at work and using your content to amplify your voice. We also championed the ongoing completion of Inclusion Matters, our global inclusion education programme, open to all, and designed to help everyone understand their role in building an inclusive culture.
