The legendary Inca lost city Paititi allegedly is located east of the Andes, hidden somewhere within the remote rainforests of southwest Brazil, southeast Peru, northern Bolivia in the Amazon river. Lara Croft was determined to find it. She did, and it ended up being in Peru borders.
