Elone Shinkai (エロネ・新界, Erone Shinkai) is from the Cosmopolitan. He traveled to Mars along with Fatima, to retrieve Joseph with the Noah 1 spacecraft. His last name has the kanji 新 or shin which means "new" 界 and Sakai which means "world" together it means "a new world." Something which his clan is trying to build.
Appearance[]
He has long black hair and a tiny black circle marked on his forehead.
Personality[]
He is very clever and respectful of others. He knew the Chinese crew were violent and if given the opportunity they had would've just killed them but says ,"I do not hate you for it". He also is very easy going he doesn't react to seeing Joseph in pieces and barely even flinches at getting shot. Even at a family meeting Elone just wears his usual clothes while even Joseph shows up in a suit. He doesn't boss around the Newton's butler like the rest and while everyone gives the poor boy complicated orders he simply requests the boy give him anything at all. When that same child then snaps back for everyone "To get yer own damned drinks"(at entire room of superhumans mind you) only Elone doesn't get visibly upset. He also hates when the clan doesn't show respect or gets mad at their meeting castle in Japan because it's a Holy Site. He also doesn't like Joseph's demeanor or attitude.
History[]
He is a relative of Joseph Gustav Newton so he has Newton blood to some degree. Originally his family went by Newton but persecution made them change it to remain inconspicuous.

He traveled to Mars to retrieve the body of his relative.
Powers and Abilities[]
He's an incredible swordsman with the ability to cut sonic waves in half with his blade and no transformation at all. He's also the head of Shingyuru an ancient martial arts school. He also is extremely precise and fast and was able to knock Joseph off the roof and directly back into his seat with just a chopstick. He also has super hearing and could detect Joseph sneaking up on the roof as a prank when no one else could, even Joseph himself thought he could fool the family.
He has no M.O to speak of, but he like Fatima can breathe on Mars.
He like most members of the clan isn't solely an athlete but also an academic. He's extremely intelligent and has a doctorate in Mechanics as well as a master's degree in Archaeology. He's also the main RX stockholder of German, Japanese and Roma branches(which may or may not be an WWII Axis reference by Yu Sasaga), he also holds a majority share in the world's largest electronics corporation. Besides all this at just 29 he was chosen by Joseph (over his own brother, Hannibal no less) as Second in Command of the clan.
A notable weakness of Elone is for all his abilities he's not closely related to the main Newton branch and isn't an intellectual type. He also can't block pain as good as Joseph as getting shot by Fatima in the leg took him a few more seconds than Joseph would to recover and compose himself.
