What does "community-driven approach" mean to us? A lot, really! The love and appreciation that we received as a studio back when we released the first game in the Dying Light franchise "gave us – the developers – a lot of confidence and let us spread our wings," says Tymon Smektala in an article for Game Developer. Since then, we’ve improved our processes and introduced new ways of listening to our community. Through our Community Ideas initiative, we received over 10,000 ideas from our players in just a few months. It's challenging sometimes, but it’s well worth it. Dying 2 Run or running to avoid dying 😉? Not only in #DyingLight do we practice the healthy habit of moving as fast and as much as possible 🏃🏃♂️🏃♀️ There are quite a number of runners among the #PeopleOfTechland and this year, 20 of us took part in the charity run Bieg Firmowy in our hometown, Wrocław, and remotely! Along with over 12 600 runners, we put our efforts into supporting Foundation Everest! And we do recommend it!
