Stuart Brauer put a hilarious post up on his Instagram today illustrating his version of the conversation that may have went down between Mark Wahlberg and David Beckham on the F45 debacle. Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/gEcmV3Tv Stu is just the right guru to call shit out as “truth serum." Integrity Square has been tracking F45's Franchise Disclosure Documents for years and we focus on one section; and that is ITEM 19 “unit economics." With average unit volumes of $30,000 to $34,000 per month is literally HALF of what is needed to run and own a profitable small studio business. Franchisors: STOP selling franchises and area developer agreements until you have developed an operating system that works for entrepreneurs. You are ruining the industry and lawsuits will follow you for years. Build a real business, polish it, support it and then sell franchises that are turnkey and are successful. Collecting initial franchise fees is gross negligence if you know you are selling something that is bound to fail. -PTMO - Protector of the HALO sector! 💪
Stuart Brauer on Instagram: ""Bro, I'm telling you. These Australian fackers are killing it with these studios. You just market to the 3 FFF's - fat, female, over 40 and you're a gawd damn ga-zillionaire" "Yeah, but doesn't opening a ton of studios like this require a lot of man power? Don't you have to hire really professional trainers to ensure the clients are getting good results and are being

It's incredible to think that 10 years ago, the MonsterVerse roared to life and hasn't slowed down since! I'll never forget the anticipation leading up to Godzilla (2014), I was counting down the days till it came out! Even before the movie was released, my mom got me the soundtrack! What sets this universe apart from others is the unique feel of each installment. Some are dark, gritty, and larger-than-life while others are filled with mind-blowing science fiction elements. It's also great that the franchise hasn't been over-saturated. Each movie is so massive in scope that if they were released every year it wouldn't have any hype and wouldn't feel like a giant blockbuster event. Thanks to this, Godzilla, King Kong, and many others have reached towering heights of popularity, and I can't wait to see what the next 10 years hold for the MonsterVerse! My ranking of each film, so far: 1. Godzilla (2014) 2. Kong: Skull Island (2017) 3. Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire 4. Godzilla vs Kong 5. Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) #godzilla #monsterverse #kingkong #mothra #film #filmmaking

It's pretty incredible this franchise, despite its fits and starts, has continued since 2011. I'm personally a fan of the technical development that went into #MoCap, though a lot of the first film or two, relied heavily on that as backup. A lot of it ultimately had to be done by hand. MoCap is not a salvo to get 100% I/O, there are always animators finessing the MoCap data. Simply put, it was not an easy thing to do: recalibrate human anatomy and movement (despite training to move like various species), to creatures of various sizes and capability of movement that isn't really possible for humans to execute. That doesn't diminish the incredible looking work, and I hope the franchise lands not only on some strong footing, but also has the guts to move away from becoming too predictable. Don't simply modify the originals with digital apes as opposed to prosthetics (despite the one by #TimBurton going all out with #RickBaker, giving it his absolute all, 23 years ago!), the world has moved on considerably since Charlton Heston was shouting at apes in 1968. It would be unwise to just "port" something out of complete laziness, because it will fail to resonate with audiences some 60 years later. It's not as if that content hasn't been available for home viewing decades. It's also a very different world that should have a subsequently appropriate change of trajectory.

𝐄𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 If you have been reading my emails / social media posts, you probably realize I LIKE MOVIES. I love movie climax's - especially when they reflect on the larger picture not just the story at hand. In this one clip, Jack Lemon captures the heart's desire of every worn-out employee the world over! If you know the movie you'll know the scene. Even if you don't know the movie . . . you'll get the message . . . https://lnkd.in/gUke7mYJ #entrepreneurship #ownership #franchises #veteranshelpingveterans #servantleadership #veteranownedbusiness #franchisebusiness

Founder of The Gaddie Pitch. On a mission to create positive impact (Climate and Equality) for at least 1Bn people by 2035 - CEO @ Symphony7.
I'D REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR OPINION? I'm excited to confirm that after 10 years of the Universe singing out to me to commercialise The Gaddie Pitch properly, I'm finally doing so with a lot of support from people who have already been using it/getting value from it for years. The overall business is called Gaddie Growth, as Growth is the end outcome from using the Gaddie Pitch and the related IP (Confidence, Pitching and Deal Making/sales-process). Our vision is to facilitate uplift for a LOT of people by providing systems and tools for achieving growth and also options for supporting disruptors who are already doing great things for humanity and the Planet. I'll be over-the-moon if you can comment here with your preference between the two logos (Option A OR Option B). The Target Audience is Small Businesses, Startups and Scale-ups. We want the logo to communicate the theme of SYSTEM (because our model and all of our IP is arranged as a replicable SYSTEM to achieve growth - personal, commercial (profits) and humanity). PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR PREFERENCE BETWEEN Option A and Option B (any comments regarding WHY you prefer one of the options will be well-received!). With much gratitude! Antony
