Governor Tallen

Governor Tallen is a character introduced in Mortal Kombat: Deception. Tallen is one of the high-ranking officials and wealthy citizens of Seido.

Governor is the acclaimed ruler of the Realm of Order. But he is still also part of the ruling council of the Seidan Government.

He can be seen in front of one of the eight temples surrounding the portal pyramid in Seido during the day in the Konquest mode of Mortal Kombat: Deception. Shujinko of Earthrealm during his travels within Seido, meet Governor Tallen who asked him to find his emissary named Parlos Cessina who have not in weeks from his mission with the Seidan Resistance Movement. Shujinko learns from one of the Seidan citizens that Parlos himself has joined the Resistance. Shujinko report the grave news to Governor Tallen who rewarded him with 500 ruby koins with this important information which he now must immediately report to the Seidan Council.

• The name of Governor Tallen's emissary, Parlos Cassina was somewhat an analgram of the name Carlos Pesina.
