The Castle of Baron Christian Wagner is located in the Bavarian Alps. The age of the castle is unknown. It is located on a high cliff above a waterfall and surrounded by woods and mountains. It consists of multiple stories, a wine cellar and a huge ballroom for social events.

Twenty years ago, his former owner Baron Christian Wagner was married to Raven Darkholme who became Baroness Raven Wagner. When Mystique became pregnant - despite the fact that Baron Wagner was infertile - she killed the castle's owner in order to keep her secret. When the baby boy Kurt Wagner was born, his demonic appearance shocked the local village people.
