IGN India is operated by Fork Media Pvt. Ltd. under license from Ziff Davis and its affiliates. IGN India is not part of, affiliated with or controlled by Ziff Davis and its affiliates. Users should direct any comments, queries or complaints regarding the content of IGN India to Fork Media Pvt. Ltd. at ign_in@forkmedia.in.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ziff Davis is the data controller of personal data in relation to IGN India, other than any data in relation to any event, promotion or contest organized by or on behalf of Fork Media Pvt. Ltd. (Fork Media Pvt. Ltd. will be data controller).

Ziff Davis collect personal data you might provide in connection with your use of IGN India, such as when you sign up to receive emails ore register for a membership or create a profile on IGN India. Ziff Davis also uses technologies such as cookies, log files, web beacons, pixel tags, IP addresses, device identification, analytics and social media widgets to gather information about you. Where Fork Media Pvt. Ltd. collects personal data about you (whether in connection with events, promotions, contests or otherwise) it will share that data with Ziff Davis.
