Plot[]

Godzilla hasn't been seen in a quarter century. Monsters of any form have been strangely absent during this time, and the struggles brought with them have been forgotten by the majority of the population. This all changes when the Gigan army appears. The military's fighter jets and tanks stand no chance and are cut down by the Gigan with ease. As the Gigan ransack a city, a lifeless Gigan is thrown at the others. It's throat is noticeably torn out. The squad looks for who killed it, only to see something in the distance. Godzilla had returned.

One of the Gigan troops leaps at Godzilla, who catches the creature before slamming it onto the ground. Godzilla dodges a blade attack from a second Gigan before a third Gigan leaps on Godzilla's back. It activates its buzzsaw, attempting to cut into Godzilla's back while Godzilla got pelted by the eye laser from the second Gigan. Godzilla easily dispatched the one on his back with a blast from his dorsal spines before firing his atomic breath and killing the other. Godzilla, seeming to be victorious, was challenged by an unknown creature crashing in the city. After the smoke cleared, Gigan Rex stood before him.

Gigan rex struck Godzilla's arms with his blades before opening his chest, revealing a large, eye shaped object. Gigan Rex let loose a powerful laser beam on Godzilla. The atomic beast returned fire, causing Gigan Rex to leap out into the air and retaliate with his blades. Several more buildings were cut apart by Gigan Rex's chain blades, but Godzilla caught them and tossed his opponent away. Gigan Rex stabilized himself with his tail, but Godzilla bashed Gigan rex with a tail swipe. Gigan Rex, blocking an Atomic Breath with his claws, summoned help with an ominous glow from his forehead.

9 more Gigan minions appeared, bending their skin away and pushed out their buzzsaws farther than they should be. Godzilla was hit buy laser after laser, before being dog piled by the Gigan. Godzilla began pulsing. His chest and dorsal spines turning white. He instantly kills 3 of the smaller Gigan with a nuclear blast. Gigan Rex forces the remaining 6 to give up their lives to empower their leader. Gigan Rex flew up into the air, his chain's draining power from the dead Gigan's cores. Godzilla fired his atomic breath, and Gigan rex fired his own beam. After a brief beam clash, Godzilla defeated Gigan Rex. His charred corpse fell to the city below, and Godzilla was victorious once again.
