Heart-Wrencher was created for Devil's Due Real American Hero line of comics and was continued in IDW's RAH comics.
Special Missions (IDW)[]
In the 3-part Special Missions Dreadnok's story, starting in Special Missions #5, we see that Heartwrencher is Zartan's girlfriend. But he quickly grows tired of her. In Special Missions #6 he shoves her, and she falls off the bed, theoretically landing on her backside. But when we next see her later in the issue, she has a black eye. When we see her in Special Missions #7, she is now riding on the back of Moneywrench's motorcycle, so she is theoretically his girlfriend now.
