A Real American Hero comics continuity - Devil's Due[]
Hannibal was one of the emergency backup clones of Serpentor created and put in stasis by Dr. Mindbender, and named after Hannibal Barca. While the other clones were young kids, Hannibal resembled a teenager. After the Jugglers got their hands on the clones, they had Hannibal raised by agents pretending to be his parents, but it's said that he "retaliated" after finding out the truth (implying that he killed them). Some time later, Hannibal began taking his "brothers", the younger clones, from their foster families to bring them back to Dr. Mindbender and join the Coil.
