Sutherland was visited by Stalker and Snake-Eyes in his London office. They knew his company had dealings with Cobra, and the Joes were looking for information on how to find them. Sutherland gave an address for Cobra in Amsterdam. After the Joes left. Sutherland contacted Cobra Commander where we learned that Sutherland was working under Cobra orders when he supplied that address. Cobra Commander thanked him, then electrocuted him through the communication equipment in order to make his operation more convincing to G.I. Joe.[1]
