Each year, we welcome a small number of finance graduates, providing them with an opportunity to start their professional journey with us. For over 13 years, we have given talented graduates the chance to build their work experience within our finance teams while earning their ACA qualification. It is crucial that businesses invest in young talent, they are our leaders of tomorrow and will shape the future of our organisations. We have seen many of our finance graduates go on to have fulfilling careers within Hays. Omair Qureshi ACA, Vincenzo Leporiere, Mirelle Olivier ACA and Harsimran Sibia, who all joined Hays as part of our graduate scheme, have gone on to start or are about to start senior international finance roles in Hays.
