Randstad did well to navigate challenging market conditions in Q2 amid subdued hiring activity. Our revenue for the period was €6.1bn, a decrease of 7.5% year on year, EBITA was €181m and margin was 3.0%. We have now implemented our Partner for Talent strategy across our markets and we are seeing the benefits coming through.
