1. Domestic shipping policy

Matcha Maker Starter Kit, Gift Starter Kit, Organic Single Origin and accessories:

  • Enjoy free shipping within the contiguous US. (For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping starts at $12.99.) Expedited shipping options are available at the customer's expense.
  • Orders received before noon PST are generally processed on the same day. Orders received after noon PST are typically processed on the next business day. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual processing times may vary due to operational capacity.
  • Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends or national holidays.
  • A fee of $30.00 will be applied for address corrections requested after the order has been fulfilled.

Organic Matcha Leaf packets and machine replacement parts:

  • Free shipping is available within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $31.00. (For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping starts at $4.99.)
  • Expedited shipping options are available at the customer's expense. Next day shipping is priced at $29.99, and expedited shipping (2 business days) within the contiguous US is priced at $19.99.
  • Orders received before noon PST are generally processed on the same day. Orders received after noon PST are typically processed on the next business day. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual processing times may vary due to operational capacity.
  • Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends or national holidays.

2. International shipping policy

  • We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi only) and the UK. Please select the destination country from the region selector at the bottom of this website, which will enable you to ship to the address in the country selected.
  • Please note that we also offer shipping within Japan. Please visit our Japan store by selecting “Japan” from the region selector at the bottom of this website.
  • For international orders on Matcha Leaf over $200, we offer a 50% discount on shipping. Your discounted rate will be automatically selected and shown as the shipping option. Unfortunately, expedited shipping for international orders is not available.
  • Import taxes and duties will be added at checkout for international orders, except orders for Japan.
