Gathering (most of) the ingredients for this drink made for a fun pandemic project. I had never tried Benedictine before—love the unique herbal flavor it adds!

My favorite drink! I add a bit more pineapple juice-4 oz for 2 drinks and top of the glass with a little soda.(Homemade) plenty of ice and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
