Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Shipping dates are estimated and subject to change. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order in the time expected from the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@combustion.inc with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@combustion.inc with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so that we can work towards a satisfactory solution.


What are the shipping costs?
Actual shipping costs will depend on the specifics of your order and will vary depending on location. They'll be automatically calculated at checkout.


What about taxes and duties?
Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout. For customers outside of the USA, shipping will be Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) to avoid surprises. This means all necessary taxes, duties, and import fees are calculated and pre-paid at checkout. In theory, this means that customs will not hold your order hostage or surprise you with more costs.


What countries will Combustion Inc. ship to?
Combustion Inc. will ship our products within the USA and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands), and to the following countries:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • EU and EEA Member countries
  • New Zealand
  • Switzerland
  • United Kingdom
