An Yoga (/ˈjɡə/ (Manongod sa tanog na ini dangogon);[1] Sanskrit: योग, lit. 'yoke' o 'union' pronounced [joːɡɐ]) iyo an grupo nin physical, mental, asin spiritual na mga kaugalian o mga disiplina na naggikan sa suanoy na Indya asin igwa nin katuyohan na kontrolon (yoke) asin kalmadohon an isup, pigrerekognisar an dai nakatakod na saksi-agimadmad dai nahiro kan isip (Chitta) asin mundane na pagsakit (Duḥkha).
