When Din Djarin is walking down the warehouse district in the beginning of the episode, the buildings are covered in Aurebesh graffiti, but it's all gibberish.
Death Star news report
In the flashback where the people of Mos Pelgo get news about the second Death Star's destruction, the caption spinning around the hologram of the exploding Death Star is taken directly from the opening crawl of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi: "LITTLE DOES LUKE KNOW THAT THE GALACTIC EMPIRE HAS SECRETLY BEGUN CONSTRUCTION ON A NEW ARMORED SPACE STATION EVEN MORE POWERFUL THAN THE FIRST DREADED DEATH STAR". Note that some characters are illegible, and due to the holographic caption spinning around in a circle, some of the words are seen from behind and are therefore mirror-inverted.
Tusken raiders' macrobinoculars
The display on the macrobinoculars used by Djarin and the Tusken Raiders to spy on the abandoned sarlacc pit alternates between "XTRA", "XTRAC", "TRACK" and "TRAC".
