Truck List
Trucks are a big deal in Expeditions: a MudRunner game. You can customize them, you can choose between different types and you can tailor them as much as you want so they fit perfectly with your preferred gameplay style. With 20 different vehicles to choose from, it can be difficult to choose a favorite. On this IGN guide page, we’ve created a list of all the available trucks in the game, including how to unlock them and their unique characteristics.
We've also got some guidance for you if you want some help figuring out the Best Trucks in the game. If you've got opinions, too, please participate in this truck Face-Off and determine which truck you -- and the community at large -- likes best. Your choices are featured on the Best Trucks list.
Types of Trucks
Before we get to the truck list, it’s important you know about the different types of trucks available to you in this game. Right now there are three main categories: Heavy trucks, Scout Trucks, and off-road trucks.
Scout Trucks are easy to handle, so they’re ideal for expeditions where you need to cover a lot of ground exploring the area. The biggest downside to these types of trucks is that they have a reduced inventory and they can’t carry heavy cargo like Radio Stations and many other Frame Modules.
Off-road trucks have the best of both worlds. Like scouts, they're a good option to explore around as they have excellent off-road capabilities. And just like heavy trucks, off-road trucks can carry cargo. Their biggest downside is that their size makes them less responsive than scouts.
Heavy trucks are the biggest trucks in the game, these vehicles have the highest range and cargo capacity of any other truck type in the game. Their biggest downside is that they're hard to handle compared to other vehicle types.

Cotco Canyon SR-i | A modern take on the classic "4WD offroader" formula, that was popularized around the second half of the 20th century. It's light, versatile, and has an almost limitless tuning potential, making it capable of easily powering even through the toughest of spots. |
| |
DON 71 | This is one of the first mass-market all-wheel drive vehicles. Although, it's not a true off-roader, its light weight and outstanding durability provide impressive performance in the wilderness. |
| |
DON 71 SE | A special edition of one of the first mass-market all-wheel drive vehicles, that received some performance upgrades. Although, it's not a true off-roader, its light weight and outstanding durability provide impressive performance in the wilderness. |
| |
Scout 800 | This classic vehicle from the '60s was one of the first contenders in the four-wheel drive market. It's light and versatile, with nearly limitless tuning potential, making it capable of powering through deep back country. It makes an excellent 'search and rescue' vehicle. |
| |
Loadstar 1700 | The Loadstar 1700 is mainly used for delivery, construction, agriculture, and utility. It's a small truck and not powerful enough to tow the largest cargo, but that's not where it shines. With a full-sized truck engine, this heavy scout has serious off-road capabilities. It can go almost anywhere and haul your stuff out of anything. |
| |
Loadstar 1700 SE | A special edition of the Loadstar 1700 that received a performance overhaul. With a full-sized truck engine, this heavy scout has serious off-road capabilities. It can go almost anywhere and haul your stuff out of anything. |
| |
Collie 293M "Pug" | An MRAP converted for civilian use. Even though the armor plating has been stripped to make it road-legal, the vehicle still retains its tank-like damage resistance, offroad capabilities, and most importantly - its appetite for gas. So be sure to grab a lot of additional gas canisters for the longer expeditions. |
| |
KHAN 39 Marshall | A more modern take on an all-around military transport concept, the KHAN 30 Marshall is a robust and reliable utility vehicle. Featuring good road clearance and an extremely adaptable engine compartment that lets it house both old and modern engine setups, Marshall is well-suited for the harshest of terrains. |
| |
KHAN Lo4F | The KHAN Lo4F is a utility vehicle used by the military and citizens alike. It's a little clumsy on the road but excels in deep dirt, mud, and bogs. This van served as an emergency vehicle in the most remote territories, and it continues to do the job today, which says a lot about its durability. |
| |
Tatra 805 | A light cargo vehicle produced in the Sixties in Czechoslovakia for the needs of the military. Nicknamed "the Duck" in its country of origin, the 805 model could also be modified for use as a small, offroad-capable firetruck or a light construction vehicle. Despite being discontinued only ten years after its debut, the Duck still saw wide use as a reliable and maneuverable offroad truck for decades past the end of its production. |
| |
YAR 87 | The YAR 87 is an experimental vehicle built to defeat off-road terrain without breaking a sweat. With its custom low-pressure tires and modern all-wheel drive system, it was designed for the best possible off-road experience. |

Step 310E | As a prototype truck, the 310E never went into full production. Though the original intent behind this prototype is not quite clear, the end result of the liberal application of aerospace magic to this vehicle's design is a staggeringly overweight semi-truck powered by a turbocharged engine that provides it with unparalleled torque on most terrain - at the cost of it being a bit too sensitive to impact and less effective on mud. |

Despite its significant age, the Actaeon has earned cult classic status due to its reliability and off-road performance, combined with the surprising ease of maintenance and repair. It is therefore popular to this day with fans of off-road vehicles and the armies of several countries. |

| |
AFIM S1960 | A relatively rare 3-axle cabover light truck fitted with a 6x6 drivetrain. While not the most capable offroader, this truck more than makes it up in terms of chassis versatility, allowing the installation of a huge variety of frame modules, while still retaining "light truck" dimensions. |
| |
ANK MK38 Civilian | A modification of ANK MK38, lacking its original proprietary sideboard in favor of more generic mounts fir for installing commonly used civilian frame addons, as well as fuel tanks and repair modules. Unlike its military version, this model offers enough performance but more torque offering flexibility in carrying heavier supplies. |
| |
KRS 58 Bandit | Surprisingly for successful custom-made trucks, the KRS 58 is born less out of necessity for a vehicle too niche in its specifications to be a mass-produced model, but from a simple question -' Can we make it 8x8?'. Based on a custom chassis, "Bandit" is a conglomeration of separate parts or entire systems taken from different trucks, combined in a single, robust package, featuring impressive mobility off the road. |
| |
TUZ 108 Warthog | A medium-duty logistics vehicle initially designed for the army. Due to the customers' changing requirements, the 108 design was fundamentally reworked, switching from a proprietary chassis to an existing base. In the end, it kept its off-road characteristics. Although discontinued on a commercial scale, this model is still known for its reliability and versatility. |
