Hi to all the Firefox Browser Team, Since the last update Vs 128 on Ubuntu Vs 22.04 the whole computer freezes and I have to turn off the computer and restart it with the on/off button. It seems the last update didn't do me any good. Maybe Firefox got now too heavy for my system. As a Donator, I'm expecting a lighter Browser which my computer can be able to handle. I wish there was a light version of Firefox, now it's too much for me...I've downloaded another Browser named Falkon and my computer can make it work without freezing. If I get used to another Browser, I will not continue to use Firefox and then, will not contribute any longer... Thank anyways, I've used Firefox for so many years now but this is coming to an end...

I have tried repeatedly to delete certain local folders but either they won't delete or just come back after restart

I have even gone into the file explorer under the profile-mail-local folder's and done the deletes but still they come back

What am I missing?

OK, this is really complicated, and involves trying to rescue an old Eudora account to Thunderbird. If anyone wants the whole gory story, please ask and I'll tell all. ( I used Eudora Mailbox Cleaner and Eudora Rescue.) But the simple question is: is it possible to import a Thunderbird profile created on a Mac into a Thunderbird program on a PC? Thanks for any help.

I just installed Thunderbird on a new computer today and migrated an account from an old computer. I'm looking at previous posts for migration issues.

The pressing issue right now is the color scheme in both Thunderbird AND Windows.

I installed Thunderbird (Version 102.15.1 32-bit because that's what I had on my old computer) and it had its standard colors. I was personalizing the appearance in the settings. I suddenly -- not when I was doing any adjustments to colors, fonts, anything at all -- got the most awful shades of pink and peach, and get this -- not only in Thunderbird, but in Windows! (Windows 10 Pro) I had changed absolutely nothing in my Windows display. I simply set up Thunderbird, moved to close it and did close it, and everything on my computer changed. The Windows taskbar is still my normal color, but buttons within Windows, borders and buttons on ALL of my apps such as my browser (Iron Browser), you name it ...... something happened within Thunderbird and to my entire computer. I can't get rid of it by changing the customize appearance in Windows.

I didn't do anything! Except maybe I did? I wasn't doing anything at the time within my Thunderbird settings when it happened -- I know that -- but it did happen while I was looking at Thunderbird's settings and when I closed it. Does anybody have any idea as to what I may have inadvertently done, and how to undo it?

I am recently unable to send emails through Thunderbird, I get the message "Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) timed out. Try again."

I've attached the SMTP settings that had been working before. I contacted Spectrum and they told me to try mail.twc.com as the outgoing server name, but I get the same result. I've allowed firewall access to Thunderbird and tried turning both it and the Windows antivirus software off, but there is no change.

Any ideas?

Apologies if I haven't described this very well. After loading a page on Firefox, loading the next one and any further ones could just be typed over the previous one as many times as you needed. Not any more, if I try typing in a new address nothing happens and I have to cancel and load Firefox again. Never used to be like this, can anyone help please?

When trying to implement the OAuth for a live.com account the Thunderbird system seemed to lose everything. There was no sign of any emails the view was as the image. The help page we used

There were no errors or information.

On going back to the conventional settings of using a password we got information that emails were arriving via app poppups etc but still the view we get is the same as in the picture. Nothing at all in the view.

We have uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird and are now on v 128

Hello. Please help! For some time I am unable to sign into Pocket with my mobile phone, Xiaomi 12T. I am always sent back to the initial sign-in page when I try. Pocket works perfectly on my Asus laptop. This is really frustrating as I often want to add things from my mobile. It worked well until a month or 2 ago. I have deleted and reinstalled Pocket 3 times, still the same problem. I have rebooted the mobile phone too, still the same problem. If anyone can help, I would be very grateful. Thank you

When viewing Foxnews website, I click a story to follow. When the new page opens, any next or video window goes black with no way to view the content. Does not occur with Edge.

I'm not able to upload files to certain websites using Firefox on Android.

When selecting a file for the phone's file manager, the file upload simply not starting.

However, Firefox on iOS doesn't have that issue.

Firefox version used is the latest one and it is the one from Google Play.

Tried another browser and it works great.

I am trying to open our site page on viewyourdeal.com and I keep getting this error message: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Can you please let me know how to correct this?

In Thunderbird, which I have used for years, there were some 95 messages in a folder. For some unknown reason (did my mouse finger slip perhaps?) they disappeared. I can see them by using "Search", but would very much like to restore them to their folder -or any folder. Can someone advise?

I have (I hope) attached a screenshot of what ""search" produces - any idea as to how I can get these messages back into a folder? I've tried making a new one, but that didn't work.

Hi, I am using Thunderbird version 115.13.0 (64 bit) on a Windows 10 PC with the only add-on being “Send Later”. Yesterday Thunderbird was working fine when I closed down my PC. Having just started my PC today I am finding that no emails in any of my folders are showing in Thunderbird. Weirdly the emails do temporarily “flicker” on in the folder but rapidly disappear. Any thoughts on how I rectify this? Hoping someone can help, Wayne

Trying to get an email address to work. Transferred (Ithink) all the emails after following the instructions on the web. My main account - mike.coomber@eclipse.co.uk will not download messages. It will send messages OK. What have I done wrong. I also notice that if I tap on alink in my email it doesn't open the site. Help please.
