Usually a struggle to get the app going (sign in glitches, app crashes), but once I finally get in, things tend to run smoothly. Much easier than trying to call the store and order, especially with some better deals being online only. Needs some improvements, but overall not a terrible experience. Frustrating once in a while, but no enough to avoid using.

App rarely works. I try to order and it usually tells me that a network failure has occurred. I usually have to close the app several times before it will work and a few times I ordered from somewhere else because the app wouldn't work at all. It's very frustrating. Update: Tried to redeem my points and a network error occurred. Now my points are gone and I didn't receive what I redeemed them for. Big fail!!

Mostly a user friendly app, but could be better with just a few small improvements. First, it would be great to have the option to pay with GPay or PayPal so I don't have to enter a credit card number. Second is that reward redemption sometimes has issues. Finally, when I call in my order, I can always get extra cheese on my cheese sticks, but there is no option to do this in the app; similarly would be great to have the ability to request "light" when adding toppings to pizzas.
