This app used to work very well, but since a recent update it's becoming nearly unusable. Intermittently, you can't swap or customize items, or complete boxes by choosing a drink, you can't back out of your bag to edit or add anything once you enter it, and numerous other bugs. All of which seemingly only gets corrected by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, though it happens again the next time I try to order. More than once I've just gotten frustrated and decided to go somewhere else.

I've had this for a few years. Worked flawlessly. I don't know what happened but it must have been an update. You can't customize items, it just erases it once you hit apply, you can't select a drink in boxes, if you can get to the checkout screen, you can't actually check out. Went to the restaurant and tried to apply the receipt to my account and neither the scan or the manual entry works. Completely broken. Will update review if fixed.

The reward program and Tuesday Drops were great but now the app is impossible to use after a recent update. The buttons on the home screen don't work, doing nothing when you press them (the Inbox link, the Tuesday Drops, etc). When you try to customize a combo, your selections aren't saved, not even the drink so you can't even add it to your cart. I tried reinstalling the app and it worked for a short while, then stopped when I opened it on another day.
