While I enjoy the benefits of the app (order ahead, deals, points), the app is extremely glitchy and will crash after submitting the order. This typically results in having to submit the order again, being charged a second time, and is extremely inconvenient. Eventually, one of the charges falls off, but this is a regular issue and I have been reporting it for over a year.

Usually pretty good, but over the last week it has started launching itself randomly. I did a full uninstall and reinstall. Still happens. It also decides to show up as my most recent app used in the app switcher even when I haven't used it all day. This is totally unacceptable behavior. No notification categories to disable individually. Useful mobile order notifications are disabled if you want to turn off advertising notifications. I don't want a damn ad in my notifications.

The app defaults to a pickup location I don't go to. There is no way to set the default location so I have to change it every time I order. This is usually annoying but fine, however the last couple times I've ordered the app has changed my pickup location after I place the order. The other location is 20 miles from where I like to pick up, so I guess I'm glad they let you get refunds again.
