What really matters here? How quickly I can order and pay for my food with minimal frustration with rewards that amount to more than an insult. If undecided where to order something this is my go to for simplicity and speed. App is as smooth as they get. Easy to navigate, location updates quickly, checkout is as seamless as it gets. No unnecessary ads or small x buttons to deal with. This app is lightyears ahead of the competitions in my opinion.

It's a fine app with a good amount of custom options for the sandwiches. The only thing keeping it from 5/5 is that you can't easily reorder something that wasn't on your most recent order. You can see a breakdown of previous orders but can't just add them to reorder. You must remember to favorite the order in order to get the shortcut. Otherwise, you have to recreate the entire order. Simple thing that should already be in the app

This app is a mixed bag. It functions adequately enough, but it lacks industry-standard features like, "swap out for similar ingredient", so you can't get them to hold the swiss cheese and swap for provolone without begging in the "special instructions" box which the store personnel often miss. All 14 times I've ordered a hot sub through the app, the store put the wrong meat on it because "the font is small on the generated ticket" so all 14 times I've had to return to the store to rectify it.
