Love the app and the coffee! Can the feature be added where you can create a favorite without having to order? Sometimes you hear about a drink from someone and you'd like to try it when you get a chance. Being able to add it as a favorite beforehand would make it easier to get it right and order when ready. Also can the number of favorites be increased? You have so many options for your customers, don't limit us with a short list of favorites!! Dunkin forever!!!

Always issues with the store not having stuff in stock even though the app shows it is and gives coupons for things that aren't carried. When you order it and they don't have it, it is virtually impossible to get a refund for the item- sometimes they even just replace it with something completely different regardless of asking you if it's something you would even like. Another great example of something that is supposed to make your life easier and ends up making it 10x harder.

Is the Dunkin system down? For some reason the app isn't downloading on my redmi note 8 phone. I never had that issue before and the WiFi is fine. And I'm stre j never deleted the app either because it was there before. I've cleared cache and data from my phone but nothing works. However I was able to download the app on my iPad so what's the issue? Help. Update: I've managed to download the app with data but I can't for the life of me figure out why my WiFi wouldn't let the apps download.
