I've been a b&bw loyalty member for a long time and have never had such frustrating issues with the app or account before. I sign in, and immediately, it logs me out and back to the sign in screen. No matter how many times I try to log in. I've tried with and without using the biometrics option. No change. Even when I uninstall and reinstall the app, the problem persists. Ultimately, I can't even use the app. Fix this bug please.

I love having the rewards and I love the merchandise. However, the App freezes on me a lot and I need to close it out before going back in. Also, I will be checking out my items and literally paying and then suddenly something in my cart is out of stock. So then it errors, I have to remove the items that are out of stock and start my checkout all over and hope it doesn't happen again.

I was in the app a few days ago. This app yesterday and today has not been good. I couldn't find and/or remember my password and have been unable to reset. It keeps saying it will send something to reset it, but I have not received anything. Yet I get emails nearly every day with what the deals are. If it will send me those emails then I'm not sure why I don't get the ones to reset. It is very irritating because then I cannot access to see how many points, etc. I have.
