Franky came out, looked over our 2003 Honda Accord, and told us that the engine needed to be replaced. It had run very low on oil, which caused the rods to misfire (I think). There were also numerous oil leaks which contributed to the problem. He also looked over the rest of the car for the inspection that was promised (condition of the tires, motor mounts, etc). He then told us of our options in regard to repairing the car. All in all, a very thorough and professional job.

My experience was very positive. There is always that uncertainty in an Internet transaction. Joseph was spot on time, called to verify everything before hand and his final report was very detailed. Best of all, I didn't have to do anything :)
