Users are advised to check the fee payment history tab for their application to verify successful payment if they receive a blank page for any reason. Filing a new non provisional 111(a) application? As of January 17, 2024, specification, claims and abstracts not filed in DOCX format, including preliminary amendments filed on the same day as the application, will incur a non-DOCX surcharge of up to $400 for this filing type.
