- For some reason logging on for a few months does not go as easy as usual, because nowadays I need a least two attempts to log in.
- I think I do only use the core functionality of Cronycle: getting indication info by keywords via multiple sites.
- Vice versa: if people come to me with a suspected issue, I double-check via Cronycle by entering that issue as search in found results. A low occurrence often indicates the suspected issue likely is not so severe.

- The Clipper is one of the most useful tools I have ever come across and is vital to our workflow.

- One small piece of missing functionality is being able to select specific boards to search across. Currently, it is one or all, but an option to select 5, or 10, or 150 would be ideal.

- Boards (think "Pinterest for Business" type of concept) is an absolute revelation compared to other products I looked into - adding annotations and the ability to collaborate with a team to comment on entries is fantastic
- Customer support is highly responsive and suggestions for improvements/feature requests are not only welcomed but regularly followed through - the product just keeps on going from strength to strength!
