this is the first time that I bought OPT basic. I didnt even know theres specific opt insurance, so I just used the previous method to buy, but suddenly I found i was wrong.
Jessie was very patient and professional, make a lot of things clear, and more importantly, Jessie can communicate very effectively and clearly. Jessie described the whole point in complete sentences, not just sentence fragments, so it's very easy to understand her point.

ISO Student Insurance deserves every bit of praise I can give. Being a student in London, I needed insurance that caters to my needs. I was initially panicking because my school changed its insurance coverage requirements, and the original ISO plan I bought no longer worked. So I emailed ISO, and Jonathan quickly replied within 30 minutes. He patiently worked with me to find a new plan, and calmly addressed the numerous questions I had. “ISO Customer Care” (ICC) team has been given an appropriate name for they provide opportune help when needed. I made a mistake at providing the beginning date of my insurance plan when buying it. Once plan was paid and its documents were received I noticed the mistake. Then I sent a message to ICC. It did not take to long to receive the updated documents. They know what they’re doing and do it well. I give them five stars.
