I’ve ordered several pairs of glasses and sunglasses. The lenses have all been “spot on” for prescription accuracy and the frames have been very nice quality. Customer Service is stellar, and if you do experience an issue it is resolved immediately. Couldn’t be happier. I just ordered two new pair of glasses!

Ive bought ~7 pairs. Theyve all been amazing. i love the transition lenses. I recently bought two pairs with the BOGO and 20% off sale with the intentions of returning the one i didn't like.
returning was a headache. the rep kept trying to pressure me into getting a replacement when i just kept asking for a refund. and then they only gave me half of what i paid for the pair.
needless to say i am not going to buy anything here again

Your having issues running my credit card and each time the discount code drops out and is not reusable. Took several trys and waiting to get new discount codes before I could complete the sale.

A wide selection of quality frames and lenses at about a third of the price my optometrist was going to charge. Also, being able to 'try on the frames' via the camera on your computer is an amazing and helpful feature.

I have been using Eyebuydirect since 2014. They have always been a cost effective way to buy glasses for the whole family. Which is why I am very disappointed at how difficult they are making it to redeem coupons and even rewards that I have supposedly earned. In the past it was very easy and straightforward.

This will be my 3rd or 4th order. The prices are great so I can update my look and have a variety to choose from, depending on my mood, the occasion, the season, or even my hair colour! I also love being able to try on the glasses and save favourites to narrow down my selection.

Love the look of the website.
It has a lot of different styles/looks. And not just basics, if you want different glasses this is the place.
Another nice thing isthat you can “try” the glasses on (not on all) all you have to do is turn on your camera.
I’ve ordered here many 4 times now and it’s the best and quickest service. I receive these glasses within 14 days, and keep in mind I live in Denmark.
I’ve recommend the webshop to multiple people.

I've had several glasses made an they do a great job. One time the lenses were not quite right and they replaced them 2 times without cost to get them right. I found the having the same RX made thru Kaise optician had the same issue. It's my new Lense from cataract surgery. Never a problem with previous glasses.

My experience was fantastic! I got a new pair of glasses and when I received them the frames were way too big and extended past my face on the sides making my temples look indented because of my strong prescription. My face looked distorted. I called the number for returns and within 7 minutes had my return label and they had already started on my new pair of glasses with the correct frame size. Now not just that but they allowed me to use my coupon on the new pair and gave me full credit for the pair I'm returning. And my glasses will be donated to someone who can't afford a pair with my prescription. Beautiful. Thank you eyebuydirect for offering glasses at a heavily discounted price, having lots of options and helping people even after they've received their order and beyond. A lot of companies could take note of your policies and customer service, I wish they would anyway.

Very easy to filter options based on what you're looking for. Frames are very affordable even when including the prescription. Standard shipping is affordable at less than $6, and is free at $120 if you're thinking of buying multiple pairs. I like the fact that one return/ refund is completely free; I feel like there is no risk to making a purchase even if I can't see the glasses in person.

I love eyebuydirect. I have been using them for over 10 years and never had I had a problem in the 20+ pairs of glasses I have ever bought. Even the cheap frames are surprisingly nice and its nice to have a site that you can get essentially throw away glasses you dont have to care so much about losing. Keep up the great work!

Really easy to pick glasses for me but when it came to checking out that was very tedious.
Trying to put in my birthdate all the way back to 1960. Got to be an easier way than clicking in excess of 600 times. Address box populated poorly as a different delivery to payment address. I almost gave up.
