I thank you for prompt response but it did not solve my revolut issue. The message on revolur stated that the payment was reversed because it was an inactive account which could be because I used the same account the day before the inward transfer was rejected. I did not change my GBP account nor authorised any change. The thing is I was charged fees too.

I'm grateful to Trustpilot for posting my reviews. It's good to read what I wrote and see if I could have said something differently and it gives me the chance to edit it and more importantly to be able to update my review when the company I reviewed either corrects my issue or if they didn't. I always read reviews before buying from anyone and I am influenced by them.

They do not let anyone bully anyone. A firm tried to get rid of perfectly truthful review after 7 years in the making. 7 years for the firm to respond and then for them to try and demand trustpilot to get rid of my review even thought this particular online firm cost me thousands of kroners, around $500.
So thank you Trustpilot for not letting anyone bullying you into submission.

How many times has trustpilot asked for more personal info before they posted my review? Too many times to count. Straight up owned by Google or the highest bider. Matter is created never destroyed, same with online communication? . Communists and enemies of Americans. Honestly being on this sight gave me a temporal happiness because I was able to speak to guys I Normaly would not meet. However a constant prompt notice to pay was so irritating. It was a tedious affair. And another thing, the distribution of credits was not done honestly. If your going to prompt, wait til it's finished. You know that people will utilize. Your system don't just give them 50 credits alot a 150 to begin, how are going to keep your customers constant. Thank you

I wish I could give Trustpilot 10 stars! The company Flannels ceased all communications with me by email, regarding inferior & damaged items of clothing sent to me. Putting Flannels on blast on Trustpilot, has helped me voice my concerns about the company. We could have settled privately, but I guess my questioning was too much for them and they ceased communicating. A couple of times I put the reviews up and Flannnels flagged them, meaning to stop Trustpilot from sending them live and eventually wanting Trustpilot to take them down. But Trustpilot always made the final decision to send my 1 star reviews about Flannels live, as I provided the proof of payments, so that Trustpilot knows im not lying. Thank you Truspilot for this platform. Even if it stops 1 person from buying from Flannels, thats good enough for me.

Really great experience. I have returned to this platform. I had only left 2 previous reviews for other companies & that was about 4 or 5 years ago! I have wanted to leave reviews for other companies here since then, but didn't know how to access my account here etc.
In the past few weeks have not had a particular good experience with a particular company. They sent me an invitation to leave a review on Trustpilot, that's how I was able to see my account etc.
Just one question, how do I access my Trustpilot account if I want to leave a random reviewe without being invitated to.

I review often. I thought who better to do a review on than Trustpilot. I don't often do things like this since usually I get a lot of SPAM, phewy! NOT with this service. They are a great company. I used to be in business and appreciated when "I" was reviewed. Didn't know what to do unless I knew what was wrong. Trustpilot is my "go to" when giving my thoughts on a service.

I have tried several times to email and call this company to cancel and return an item and have to this point received no satisfactory answers.
The phone continues to state "Your call can not be completed at this time, try calling later". That's on (3) different occasions. 7/22/24 at 2:06PM, 7/27/24 at 8:57PM and 7/24/24 at 12:32PM. Also last email today.

These guys are the real deal. I wrote a review on a company that had some bad business practices, there were similar issues on the platform. The reply to my review was rather ambiguous and made it look to other readers that my complaint was not like I described. I then responded to their response,telling them that they can not continue treating customers like This and I am pursuing other legal ramifications. I then received an email from Trustpilot explaining that my reply is put on hold because it is being looked at to make sure the content is within the allotted guidelines. I honestly thought well that's it!, Lo and behold this morning I received an email stating that my response has been put back. These guys are rock stars they listened to both sides of the story and allowed for my response. Trustpilot is my only review platform from now on.

Ask the customer for relevant proof if not provided then you are authorised to remove.
3 of my reviews were removed which is the major cause of dissatisfaction.

Thank you for posting my review, I have been going through 60 days of trying to get a refund for my father. It is no longer a matter of the refund it is now the principal. My father tried to cancel the order immediately and was told it was too late it was already in progress tell me what chance does the little guy have in trying to recover the purchase money he ordered one bottle an.
wound up with $260 fee. Again 60 days in the refund policy is smoke in mirrors they're shipping is from the state of all Idaho the company is based in Arizona in their complaint line is out of Ohio try and reach someone with a straight answer total nonsense I will alter my review tomorrow as per your guidelines.
