Is it a fold?
I've been around before the pause and might I add alot has changed.
Pre pause
Before the pause their responses on matters were so to say outstanding, always a response within a day or two never going past the week mark. When and if an issue, the matter would be solved the same way as responses got delivered.
Post pause
I understand that the business had issues to deal with and all their teams are overwhelmed at the moment, however 6 months down the line and few changes have been seen. Responses taking up to a month and a half to two months, with the same cock and bull stories.
Still waiting for my account coupon 6 months later!!!
I have accepted the outcome already.
There are a few obvious things standing out.
All of my own opinion
Since the first prop firm got shutdown in the USA, us investors knew it wasn't long until the possibility of our turn arrived.
I personally don't think that they have been 100% transparent, they've had to change business location, teams are over worked and clients are fuming.
