Well, I don't think any prop firm had given an account to their traders after pausing their operations.TFT is the one who really cares about their customer.After all I am one of those whose account and money was lost during TFT pause and I never thought they will return the money or account to me.But I want to thank TFT team that they provided my 50k Account back on 22 July 2024.Literally, this shows how much you care about your customers .Thank TFT you gonna shine again ✨️

Seamless Account Claim

The Funded Trader organises weekly Chess tournaments for its Discord Community. I recently won a $10,000 account via Chess. The process of claiming the account was very smooth. I now have a 2 Phase $10,000 Rapid Challenge account on cTrader. The account is working perfectly fine. I do hope to get funded soon InshaAllah.

I Received My 50K Dragon Coupon

I once wrote TFT a message few months ago requesting for them to give out my 50k account after they relaunched..... I did get a response that my account will be brought back, I just had to be patient. Thank God I was patient and today morning I just received my coupon for 50K account. I know they failed us, but I also know that things will fall back into order.

TFT is Back!!

They actually made it back and returned my demo account. I initially thought of it as some sort of scam but they did what they said.
I work at a trading firm myself and been with loads of funded broker before and I know how hard it is to rise back from the situation they were in.
P.S: I still think there is a room for improvement in customer service department. Maybe hire more staff or streamline operations so clients don't have to go back and forth with different rep every time.

They are just scaming people they…

They are just scaming people they rejected 18K payout!!! But in the same time you breach my account to and never answer again!!!! People get away from TFT,this firms is full of dubious characters, they are designed to take only the deposit..
well it will always gets better with Cirmex, excellent support and instants withdrawal

I had issue in kyc verification. Now it's done .but the should recommend the browser for kyc verification. Because I usesd 4 to 5 different browser.Overall looking forward for best experience

TFT please do better !

I received an email from TFT with coupon codes to restart my 2x25k accounts, the only issue I have now is that they were no specific directives on how to use these codes. When I used the coupon codes it kept showing invalid coupon and am really frustrated like why do I have to go through all this pain and suffering with TFT. They’re not replying messages but on gmail and on discord this is so painful

I bought a dragon 200K

I bought a 200K account, they just hacked my account, I made one trade, support does not respond, ignores all my messages, they promised to refund me for the call or give me 2 coupons for 100K, but nothing useful comes to me, only their ads and unclear payments to unknown participants. I hope they will come to their senses and return what they promised.

I'll tell you my story


I'll tell you my story. I purchased Challenge Dragon a couple of days before closing (March 25) and managed to make one deal. A lot of time has passed since the closure and I have received nothing except advertising and empty promises. Although I want to believe. I believe the company's policy is wrong for accounts like mine that were purchased a couple of days before closing and no negative transactions were made. Here's the story.

Is it a fold?

I've been around before the pause and might I add alot has changed.

Pre pause
Before the pause their responses on matters were so to say outstanding, always a response within a day or two never going past the week mark. When and if an issue, the matter would be solved the same way as responses got delivered.

Post pause
I understand that the business had issues to deal with and all their teams are overwhelmed at the moment, however 6 months down the line and few changes have been seen. Responses taking up to a month and a half to two months, with the same cock and bull stories.
Still waiting for my account coupon 6 months later!!!

I have accepted the outcome already.
There are a few obvious things standing out.
All of my own opinion
Since the first prop firm got shutdown in the USA, us investors knew it wasn't long until the possibility of our turn arrived.
I personally don't think that they have been 100% transparent, they've had to change business location, teams are over worked and clients are fuming.

I am still waiting for my $5000 dragon…

I am still waiting for my $5000 dragon challenge, Ive sent numerous emails to the TFT team but no one has responded ,all I get is emails on how other people have performed with their challenges since TFT has gotten back, its frustrating because its a Feb 2024 challenge that I purchased and now its almost August 2024

I am owed coupons of 2 $25k knight account

Prior to the relaunch, I had 1 $25k (knight) funded account and 1 $25k phase 1(knight). Both account were bridged due to the break by TFT.

This is 3 months down and no coupon have been give to me for my accounts. This is so unfair.

'scammy' prop firm not giving refunds.

For weeks, I have been asking the funded trader to refund my monies for purchase of a 600K dragon challenge they advertised when the CEO, Angelo Ciaramello, knew along he was going to be shutting down in a couple of days. They instead have banned me and no longer responding to my emails. They just dont want to refund my monies which is just blatant theft.
