Andy Clay was very helpful and knowledgeable in his understanding of what I wanted and how to complete it. He provided the documents, instructions on uploads to TSP to request the transaction Rollover to my IRA account. From start to finish it took 5 days. He is very polite and actually concerned to ensure I knew what happens and when. He ensured there was no stress or concerns with the transaction.
